Defective on Arrival (DOA) :
VELOREO will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from any of our stores across Australia or online. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).
If you have purchased the wrong product or dislike the product upon receiving it, we are pleased to offer exchange or refund. However, the product must be in a reasonable condition.
Other Return and Exchanges :
In case you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, we may consider accepting a return for a refund. To qualify, you must contact us within seven days of receiving the product, and it should be in its original state, excluding consumables or software. Only the sale price of the product will be refunded, and in some cases, a partial amount.
For returns, the items should be in their original unopened and sealed packaging, and the buyer will bear the shipping cost. However, if the item has been opened or the seal is broken, a 15% restocking fee will apply as it's no longer in brand new condition. In the case of a used item, the restocking fee may be up to 50%. The refund will be reduced by the shipping cost and restocking fee.

How long does refund take ?
We will refund once we inspected the item, within 3 days we receive. Refund will be send back through your payment method.
