Change of Mind Returns

VELOREO is happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our stores across Australia or online. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

If you have purchased the wrong product or simply changed your mind, we offer exchanges or refunds, provided the item is in reasonable condition. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.


Other Returns & Exchanges

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the issue does not amount to a major failure

We will accept returns and provide a replacement, refund, or repair if:

  • The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose

  • The product does not match its sample or description


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The return request must be initiated, and the item posted back, within 30 days of delivery.

  2. The item was not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase, unless faulty.

  3. The item must be in its original packaging and in original condition.

  4. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Before sending your item back, you will be asked to provide a photo of the product so we can assess its condition.
